Our Return Mail Processing Program incorporates 2 key elements in order to ensure that the same recipient’s mail is not undelivered in the next cycle of communication:
RTO (Return to Origin) If for any reason whatsoever (like an incorrect address or courier/postal performance), any of your documents cannot be delivered, we have ensured that it will be tracked and will come back to the sender (which in many cases is essentially Friends on behalf of our customers) and not reach any other address. We achieve this through our alliance with the postal agency or the courier companies (national and/or local) who have been instructed to send the undeliverable document back to us along with the reason for non-delivery.
We further study the reason for RTO and follow our systematic methodology to process the same and ensure it reaches the end customer in the second attempt. Our basic goal is to essentially reduce the RTO percentage of our clients to the lowest in the country.
Tele-calling For some highly sensitive documents that have been returned, our courteous and professional tele-callers will call up to inform about the fact that the document is undeliverable. More importantly, our tele-callers will enquire about the new or alternate address to which the document can be delivered. This will ensure that your customer database is automatically updated and your returned mail reaches its targeted recipient.
